Jetstar Pet Travel Policy

Jetstar does not accept pet bookings due to the lack of pressurized cargo facilities. However, service dogs are allowed in the cabin free of charge on all flights except those operated by JetstarPacific (BL). Small cats and dogs can travel in-cabin on domestic flights within Australia, with specific carrier requirements and an AUD 40 booking fee per one-way flight. Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and health statements, and owners must follow entry requirements and sign a code of practice.
